Wonderful staff. We actually had reservations at another beach with them, but the waves were too rough for the day. They offer no refunds unless bad weather, but they told us to go to the San Juan Bay Marina for their other location since we already paid. It ended up being more fun than we expected! We went out to Old San Juan and went along the coast. Nice staff and very friendly when working to get you the best experience for your money. We got free mojitos at the restaurant next to the marina for riding with them. Very good experience, would recommend booking with them. Gaby (manager) takes care of his customers.
Brilliant experience, and a pretty good price. The guys are really friendly and knowledgeable. I did 45 minutes around the bay and out to the old Spanish fort. One of the most fun things to do in under and hour in a sunny Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend
This guys are the best at what they do. Everything was smooth, from the phone call reservation until the end of the trip. Very respectful people. Clear and cristal instruction. Accept every payment method. They even ask us if we wanted pictures whenever we wanted. Seriously, if you are considering this tour, just GO AHEAD. You won't be disappointed. A+++
This was such a fun experience!! We had Mark as our guide and he was absolutely amazing! Was super informative about the places we stopped at, instructions on the jet ski’s, and even was willing to take pictures/videos for us! He was even doing super cool tricks on the jet ski, we were amazed! The jet ski’s were super clean and you can’t beat the prices! 10/10 experience!
Justin was an amazing tour guide - he not only showed us scenic views of Puerto Rico, but he also gave us a great history behind each of the areas we visited. And we even saw a school of dolphins near the fort! Incredible experience that my son and I will never forget - can’t recommend him and his company more!
